Statutory Declarations

Statutory Declarations

This is a type of legal form which has the effect of setting aside an offence that you have been convicted of without your knowledge. It needs to be sworn by a solicitor or Magistrate and given to the court. It has the effect of setting aside the conviction and the proceedings start all over again. It can get extremely confusing and there can be a lengthy waiting list for the Declarations to be made before the court. Contact us and we can prepare the documentation and speed things up for you.
