When designing and producing our new website we asked all our staff what they enjoyed about working at ZMS.  The message came across loud and clear that ZMS is a family and that whilst we all work extremely hard in a very difficult and stressful area of law, the good teamwork, support and mentoring provided by the firm means that ZMS is a great place to work.

The firm has strong relationships with local schools and colleges with a view to developing and encouraging them to participate in the student placement and mentoring opportunities. It is crucial for students to be given the strongest possible support in achieving their career aspirations as they are the potential ZMS employees of the future.

Yakesh Tanna as part of his role as Head of the Criminal Department is responsible for recruitment.  Whilst ZMS is not actively recruiting at the moment, he is happy to receive CV’s from interested parties and will always consider them.
