Special Reasons

This is a legal argument that can be used to argue that, even though you are guilty of an offence, the court does not have to endorse your licence or disqualify you from driving. Usually the court will need to set aside specific time for this to be heard so please contact us if you think you may have a special reason for committing an offence. Examples are, an emergency situation or a very short distance.
