Driving Without Insurance
This is what is known as a strict liability offence. This means if you were driving your car and you did not hold a valid certificate of insurance then you are guilty of this offence. Again, there are some cases where a Special Reasons argument could be made on your behalf. See SPECIAL REASONS below
