Mara Silva-Romefort Solicitor/Higher Rights Advocate

Mara is a Solicitor/Higher Rights Advocate who qualified in 2006.
With over 18 years experience, Mara is a highly experienced Court Advocate who represents clients at the Police Station, Magistrates Court, Crown Court and Court of Appeal. Mara has also gained qualification in dealing with ‘vulnerable witnesses’ which allows her to deal with specific cases with young complainants/defendants. Mara deals in all aspects of criminal law, ranging from driving offences, theft, drugs, encrochat to serious sexual offences and murders.
Mara first joined ZMS Solicitors in 2008 before leaving and obtaining other legal experiences. Mara was welcomed back to ZMS as senior member of the staff who works tirelessly for her clients and is a role model to up and coming clerks/solicitors. Mara is a well travelled individual who speaks fluent Portuguese and English.
